Hi man!Yakouga is a free doujin shooter for PC system.Most of doujin soft games are compressed in LHZ format.Download the file(direct link to .lhz)the open it with WinRar.Here you are:

WinRAR provides basic operations for LZH files created by other tools:
view contents, extract files, show comments and archive information.

You can use the convert function to convert .lzh/.lha files into .rar format.

You do not need to have any external programs to handle these formats.

LHA/LZH (suffix .lha, .lzh; for compression and archiving)

Finally run the game,enjoy
